Just finished this game, got all endings + true endings, and all I have to say is... wow. This visual novel is genuinely one of the, if not, the best visual novel I've played. This VN is the first yandere VN I've played where the MC is the problem / antagonist instead of the love interest / yandere. It's such an interesting trope and I absolutely love it. The MC is so cruel and manipulative to the point I felt bad for playing the game in general, as if it was my fault that the MC was doing all of these things to poor Milo </3.
Though, I really, really enjoyed the fact that the MC / player isn't all sunshine and rainbows like most yandere VNS, this MC isn't the victim, they're the abuser. Which although I absolutely despised the MC'S actions, it makes this VN unique and stand out from other typical yandere VNS, giving me a whole different experience one would never expect to have while playing a yandere VN.
Watching as the player slowly turns and manipulates Milo into becoming something he isn't, something the player wants, or in this case, something the player needs to turn Milo into their 'Perfect Love' is both massively uncomfortable / upsetting to the point it gives me a sort of bittersweet feeling, and I absolutely love it.
The writing is flawless, the art style is beautiful and the sound effects all come together to make this VN a unsettling yet amazing play the whole time. Please, if you haven't played this game yet, I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE give it a play, you won't be the same person when you finish it, I can assure you of that.
Incredible game, absolutely would play again. 10 / 10, I genuinely have no complaints.

Maybe linked to cobwebs in the attics, fragile, easy to break, but moldable, easy to shape if you know how, linking more on the silk part, to weave into whatever shape and form you please. A scarf, a dress, a rope, a lasso.

I believe that he is actually in the walls, or at least always watching and listening, unable to have a separate life anymore, as for the severed hand, it's Ryan's.
First time on this website and this is my very FIRST game. I loved it so much! I enjoyed playing and I got the chefs ending! I want to try and get the wedding ending!!! SO, in the mean time, I'll be playing this not once but several times. RECOMMEND!!!!!
One of the best! Amazing Art and UI, I love how it changes depending on which Milo type you have. Also love the psychological horror and unreliable narrator and even the meta horror stuff too. 10/10, one of the best yandere vns on here and its free and finished!
I didn’t get many easter eggs for the nickname part, I think Darling was the only one that was a little different than Love, Honey, etc.
Most of the easter eggs were gotten when inputting MC’s name. I got stuff using Ren, Sol, Keith, Tenebris, Mychael, Klein, Strade, basically all the famous yanderes here on itch.io lol
I played this game a while ago as my friend knew the dev and holy cow it did not disappoint at all! I think the use of black and white mini cg's throughout was an amazing choice for the tones this game setup and the story was amazing as well! I sincerely hope you make more projects later on as this was a great showcase of talent!

This game is SO detailed for a free game, wow. 8 main endings, the option to choose a cute (or silly) nickname for Milo, one true ending (with two variations), even three secret cutscenes in the load page that show up based on the route you're on?! And easter egg references to other VNs (a lot of which are games with yandere style characters, just like this one). Plus the art style is very cute (and so is Milo, can someone please save this poor cutie from the main character, omg).
I also just found out there might be some more minor little updates and additions in the future? Holy cow!

Pretty sure you have to get all 8 endings first, but after you get them all, go back to the beginning where you enter Milo's nickname, and enter "love" as the nickname. It'll proceed from there. There's two choices (so kind of like two endings actually), and they lead to different dialogue and outcomes - one of the choices (I believe it's the first, but it could happen with either choice possibly. I'm not sure) will cause you to lose all your saves and endings.
What I did is I chose the first option, and then, after losing everything, I just hit skip throughout all the options to get all eight of the endings again. Then I went back for the second option. So that way I could see both. If you wanna see them both without all that work in the middle, then I guess you might wanna pick the second option first and then go back for the first option, but I'm not sure if that's how it works.

Really great game! I especially liked how the game initially refuses to let you exit out of it.
I gave Milo the nickname "Sunshine", and I'm pretty sure he made a reference to Sunny Day Jack, which I was very happy to see!
